We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SpotClock.

You agree not to use SpotClock to violate laws or infringe the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions

SpotClock offers subscription features through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payments and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID.

4. Disclaimer

SpotClock is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transfinite LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of SpotClock.
