We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Mergeform.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you create or import. You are responsible for any content you process using Mergeform.

3. Subscriptions

Mergeform offers subscription features through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payments and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mergeform to violate laws or infringe the rights of others.

5. Disclaimer

Mergeform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transfinite LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Mergeform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms and will post the latest version here.
